  • What is your TAT (turn around time)?

Turn around time includes the time from when an order is placed to when it is shipped. All of our products are handmade to order! Our current turn around time is approximately 1-3 business days (this does not include weekends or holidays) for an item to be shipped. This is subject to change at any given moment.

  • Where is pick up?

We are now located at 830 Development Drive, Kingston, Ontario. Hours of operation are currently Mon-Fri from 9am-5pm excluding holidays but this is subject to change. Please send us an email at AFTER you have received your ready for pick up email to confirm a pick up time. 

  • What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept credit, etransfer and gift cards. If paying by etransfer payment needs to be sent at the time of purchase (no later than days end) and a screenshot of payment must be sent to with your order number. If payment is not sent within 24 hours your order will be cancelled.
  • How much is shipping?

All other orders are calculated through Canada Post and depend on your location and the size of your order. For international shipping please contact your rep. *Local order must chose pick up or a paid shipping option.

  • If I pay for quicker shipping will be order be ready faster?
No. That will only apply to the shipping time determined by Canada Post and not the production time.
  • Are your products safe for kids?

Yes! All of our products are Health Canada approved and safe for their intended use! We do not recommend the use of essential oils with babies under 3 months.

  • Isn't Hemp the same as Marijuana?

No! Though they are both a part of the Cannabis family they actually come from completely different plants and have totally different uses and effects.

🅰2 weeks from the first order placed.

❓How do I redeem the rewards?
🅰Send an email to including PARTY ORDER(S), PARTY SUBTOTAL and HOST EMAIL. (PLEASE include an email!!)

❓Do gift card purchases count towards party total?
🅰NO. You may pay for a party with gift cards though.

❓Can the host receive free shipping for her rewards?
🅰YES. But only if the order total reaches a minimum of $100 before taxes.

❓Can I host multiple parties at one time?
🅰YES. You can host as many parties as you would like just be sure to keep the orders separate.

❓Can I be the one to redeem the party rewards?
🅰Of course! As long as the order reaches a minimum of $150 before taxes and discount.
